Dr. Dawn Chapin grew up in Davenport, as well as in Camanche on my grandparents farm. After attending local schools, went to Michigan State University where I studied Veterinary Medicine. While in college, I met and married my husband. We moved out east for his employment to raise our 3 children who are now grown, working, and living out of state.
Dr. Dawn Chapin finished her podiatric medical training at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Completed the rigorous 3 year surgical and clinical residency in Brooklyn New York and became licensed in the state of Iowa.
Dr. Chapin has now fully returned to the family farm with my husband and two spoiled cats so as to serve the community of DeWitt and the surrounding areas.
